The hotel offers several rate categories, including: Non-refundable / Non-cancellable Rate Flexible Rate – Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival Flexible Rate – Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival Flexible Rate – Free cancellation until 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival Promotional offers subject to specific conditions The applicable conditions are displayed before the reservation is confirmed and are included in your booking confirmation. Rates and Payment All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT), unless otherwise stated. The city tax is not included in the displayed room rate and must be paid directly at the hotel during your stay. Depending on the selected rate, one of the following payment methods may apply: Full payment at the time of booking; Credit card pre-authorization before arrival to guarantee the reservation; Payment in full or in part upon arrival or departure. The hotel reserves the right to request: A valid credit or debit card; A valid government-issued photo ID; The presence of the reservation holder at check-in. If the card pre-authorization is declined or the reservation cannot be guaranteed under the booked rate conditions, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation after informing the guest. Modification and Cancellation The possibility of modifying or cancelling a reservation depends exclusively on the rate booked. The applicable conditions are displayed before the reservation is confirmed. Check-in Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. Check-out Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Late Arrivals The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. However, in order to ensure the best possible service, arrivals between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. are only accepted with the hotel's prior approval. Room Occupancy Guest rooms are reserved exclusively for the persons registered at the time of booking or check-in. Any additional guest must be declared at reception. The hotel reserves the right to refuse access to any unregistered person or to apply an additional charge where permitted under the booking conditions. Minors The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to stay at the hotel unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult expressly authorized to supervise them. Identity Verification For security reasons, fraud prevention, and to comply with applicable legal obligations for hospitality establishments, Hôtel Saint-Charles reserves the right to request the presentation of a valid government-issued identification document. The hotel may also verify that the person checking in is the holder of the reservation. If the guest is unable to provide valid identification or if the information provided appears to be inaccurate or fraudulent, the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to the room or cancel the reservation in accordance with applicable law. Guest Conduct Guests agree to behave respectfully toward hotel staff, other guests, and hotel property. Any violent, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund. Parties, unauthorized gatherings, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Damage Any damage caused to guest rooms or common areas may be charged according to the actual cost of repairs, replacement of damaged property, and any resulting loss of room availability. No Smoking Policy The entire hotel is strictly non-smoking. Failure to comply with this policy may result in charges covering cleaning costs and compensation for the temporary unavailability of the room. Lost Property Lost and found items are kept for a reasonable period. Items may be returned to guests upon request at the guest's expense. Liability Hôtel Saint-Charles makes every reasonable effort to provide high-quality services. Its liability shall remain limited to the extent permitted under French law. Personal Data Protection (GDPR) Personal data are collected solely for the management of reservations and customer relations.
